1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fantasy Water Polo mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. About Fantasy Water Polo
Fantasy Water Polo is a fantasy sports game based on real-world water polo.
Users can create fantasy teams using real-world water polo players, participate in leagues, compete against friends and other users, and compete in global fantasy rankings.
The Service is currently provided free of charge.
The Service currently does not require entry fees and does not offer cash prizes or other monetary prizes.
We may introduce additional features, competitions, monetization methods, advertising, prizes, or other forms of participation in the future, subject to applicable law and any additional terms that may apply.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, unless applicable law requires a higher minimum age.
If you are below the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction, you must not create an account or use the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Your Account
An account is required to use certain features of the Service.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure
Not share your account with another person
Not create or operate accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes
Not use another person’s account
Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
We currently permit one account per email address.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized use that was not reasonably within your control.
5. Fantasy Teams
The Service allows you to create and manage fantasy teams.
Current game rules include, among other things:
A squad of 12 players
2 goalkeepers
10 outfield players
7 starting players consisting of 1 goalkeeper and 6 outfield players
5 substitutes
A starting budget
A captain whose fantasy points may be multiplied
Player transfers
Gameweek transfer limits
Transfer deductions where applicable
Gameweek deadlines
Automatic substitutions where applicable
Global and private league rankings
These rules may be changed in accordance with Section 7.
6. Fantasy Points, Statistics, Rankings and Results
Fantasy points, rankings, league standings, and other game results may be calculated using real-world sports information and statistical data.
We may:
Correct incorrect data
Update player statistics
Correct scoring calculations
Correct rankings
Correct league standings
Correct transfer or deduction records
Recalculate fantasy points
Modify gameweek results
Reverse results affected by errors
Take other reasonable steps necessary to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Service
You acknowledge that sports statistics and data may contain errors, omissions, delays, inconsistencies, or later corrections.
We do not guarantee that all third-party sporting information will always be complete, accurate, or available.
Our decisions concerning corrections and administration of the fantasy game will generally be final, subject to applicable law.
7. Changes to Game Rules and Features
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue:
Scoring systems
Player values
Transfer rules
Gameweek rules
Competitions
Leagues
Rankings
Deadlines
Fantasy-team rules
Features
Content
Game formats
Monetization
Advertising
Prizes or rewards
The Service as a whole
Changes may be made for reasons including balancing, technical requirements, security, data corrections, legal requirements, abuse prevention, operational needs, or improvements to the Service.
Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.
8. Private Leagues
Users may create or join private leagues.
League administrators may be subject to additional responsibilities associated with managing their leagues.
If a user deletes their account, a league with other remaining members may continue to exist.
Where necessary, administration of a league may be transferred to another remaining member.
We are not responsible for disputes between users concerning private leagues, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Global Competition and Rankings
The Service may provide global rankings showing users’ fantasy performance.
Information such as team names, points, and rankings may be visible to other users.
Rankings may change as data is corrected, statistics are updated, or results are recalculated.
10. Transfers and Gameweek Deadlines
The Service may impose deadlines for team selections, transfers, captain selections, and other game actions.
Once a deadline has passed, actions may be locked or otherwise unavailable.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by a user’s failure to submit selections on time, subject to applicable law.
We may make reasonable corrections when technical errors on our side materially affect game actions.
11. User-Generated Content
The primary user-generated content currently permitted in the Service is fantasy team names.
You are responsible for the team name you submit.
You must not use team names or other content that:
Is illegal
Is threatening or abusive
Harasses or targets another person
Is racist
Is sexist
Is homophobic
Is transphobic
Promotes hatred or discrimination
Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
Impersonates another person or organization
Infringes another person’s intellectual property rights
Contains personal information belonging to another person
Attempts to manipulate or deceive other users
Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law
We may remove, modify, disable, or replace team names that violate these Terms.
Users may report inappropriate team names through the App.
We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, changing a team name, restricting an account, suspending an account, or terminating an account.
Google Play requires apps featuring user-generated content to maintain appropriate moderation and reporting mechanisms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use bots, scripts, automation, or other unauthorized methods to interact with the Service
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Manipulate game results
Manipulate rankings
Collude with other users to obtain an unfair advantage
Share accounts
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
Circumvent technical restrictions
Use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Submit offensive or prohibited team names
Abuse reporting or moderation systems
Attempt to interfere with sports statistics or fantasy scoring
Use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the Service
13. Fair Play and Integrity
Fantasy Water Polo is intended to provide a fair fantasy sports competition.
We may investigate suspected cheating, manipulation, abuse, fraud, collusion, or other activity that could compromise the integrity of the game.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
Remove points
Apply transfer deductions
Correct rankings
Remove users from leagues
Suspend accounts
Terminate accounts
Correct or reverse results
Restrict access to features
We may take such actions where we reasonably believe they are necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where a user:
Violates these Terms
Cheats or attempts to manipulate results
Engages in fraud or abuse
Harasses other users
Uses prohibited or discriminatory content
Interferes with the Service
Attempts unauthorized access
Misuses moderation or reporting systems
Violates applicable law
We may also suspend or terminate features or the Service itself for operational, technical, security, legal, or business reasons.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the account settings in the App.
Account deletion removes the account and associated application data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not necessarily delete shared league information belonging to other users.
Our Privacy Policy explains the account-deletion process and any limited circumstances in which information may remain in backups, logs, security records, or where retention is required or permitted by law.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, user interface, branding, original graphics, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Conari Sports Handelsbolag, except for third-party material.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our proprietary materials except where applicable law permits such activity.
17. Real-World Players, Teams, Competitions and Sports Data
Fantasy Water Polo uses information relating to real-world water polo players, teams, competitions, matches, and sporting performance.
Names, team names, competition names, statistics, fixtures, and other third-party information may belong to or be controlled by their respective owners or rights holders.
Our use of such information does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by any player, club, competition, league, governing body, or other rights holder unless expressly stated.
We do not claim ownership of third-party names, marks, or other third-party rights merely because they appear in the Service.
We may modify, correct, update, or remove sports information where necessary.
18. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party services and infrastructure, including authentication, database, email, monitoring, hosting, analytics, advertising, or other providers.
These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for failures or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.
19. Advertising
The Service may contain advertising in the future.
Advertising may be provided by third-party advertising networks.
If advertising is introduced, additional rules, disclosures, consent requirements, or policies may apply.
The introduction of advertising does not necessarily mean that every user will receive personalized advertising.
20. Future Prizes, Rewards and Competitions
The Service currently does not offer cash prizes or require users to pay entry fees.
We may introduce prizes, rewards, promotional competitions, or other incentives in the future.
Any future prize, promotional, or competition feature may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, applicable laws, and additional terms.
No user has a right to future prizes, rewards, competitions, or features merely because they are currently available or have been discussed as potential future features.
21. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Updates
Technical failures
Security incidents
Third-party service outages
Network problems
Force majeure events
Legal or regulatory requirements
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
22. No Guarantee of Fantasy Results
The Service is provided as a fantasy sports entertainment experience.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve a particular ranking, score, result, league position, or competitive outcome.
Real-world sports performance is unpredictable and may change independently of the Service.
23. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will always be available
The Service will always be error-free
Sports information will always be complete or accurate
Third-party data will never contain errors
Rankings will never require correction
The Service will meet every user’s expectations
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conari Sports Handelsbolag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the Service.
This may include losses arising from:
Temporary service interruptions
Loss of access to the Service
Errors in third-party sports data
Changes to fantasy scores or rankings
League changes
Loss of game progress
Third-party service failures
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
25. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to the extent that applicable law prevents such an obligation from being imposed on consumers.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be necessary because of:
New features
Changes to game rules
Changes to competitions
New monetization methods
Advertising
Future prizes or rewards
Changes in applicable law
Security requirements
Operational requirements
Changes to the Service
The updated Terms will be published on our website.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights or legal protections available to you under the laws that apply to you.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as far as legally possible.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular features or competitions, constitute the agreement between you and Conari Sports Handelsbolag concerning your use of the Service.
