The information we process depends on how you use the App.
2.1 Account information

Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is not stored by us in plain text.

When you use the App, we process information necessary to operate your fantasy team and competitions, including:

Captain selections
Gameweek selections
Transfers
Free transfers and transfer deductions
Gameweek and competition participation
Fantasy points
Rankings and leaderboard positions

Information needed to administer leagues you create or join
This information is used to provide and operate the fantasy game.
Some of this information may be visible to other users, such as your fantasy team name and leaderboard or league information.
2.3 Reports and moderation
If you report a team name or other potentially objectionable content, we may process information associated with the report, including:
Your account identifier
The reported user’s account identifier
The reported team name
Information necessary to investigate and resolve the report
We use this information for moderation, safety, enforcement of our Terms & Conditions, and protection of users and the integrity of the App.
2.4 Device and technical information
When you use the App, our service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
IP address
Device and operating-system information
App version
Technical identifiers
Error and diagnostic information
Security and authentication information
Network and connection information
Information contained in technical logs
The App may also generate and store a random identifier locally on your device to support certain functionality.
We do not use this random identifier as a substitute for your email address or as a hardware serial number.
2.5 Error and performance monitoring
We use Sentry to help us detect crashes, errors, and performance problems.
Sentry may process technical information about your device, the App, errors, and performance events. When you are signed in, an internal account identifier may be associated with certain diagnostic events so that we can investigate account-related problems.
We do not intentionally send your account password to Sentry.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We process personal data for purposes including:
Creating and managing your account
Authenticating users
Providing the fantasy game
Maintaining your fantasy team and league participation
Calculating and displaying fantasy scores and rankings
Processing transfers and gameweek selections

Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication, database infrastructure, and backend services.
Supabase may process account information, authentication information, fantasy-game data, league information, and other data stored or processed through our backend.
Sentry
We use Sentry for crash, error, and performance monitoring.
Sentry may receive technical diagnostic information and, where configured, an internal user identifier associated with an account.
Resend
We use Resend as our email delivery provider for transactional emails such as account confirmation and password-reset emails.
Resend may process your email address and information required to deliver these messages.
Other service providers
We may use additional infrastructure, security, hosting, analytics, communications, or technical service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the App.
Service providers are expected to process personal data only for appropriate purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
6. Advertising
Advertising is not currently active in the App at the time this Privacy Policy was published.
We may introduce advertising in the future, including advertising provided by third-party advertising providers.
If advertising involving additional personal data processing, advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, consent mechanisms, or other material privacy changes is introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy and make any disclosures or obtain any consent required by applicable law before the relevant processing begins.
7. Sports Information and Third-Party Data
The App uses information relating to real-world water polo players, teams, competitions, matches, and sporting performance.
This may include player names, team names, fixtures, match statistics, and performance information.
Such information may belong to or be controlled by the respective players, clubs, competitions, leagues, governing bodies, data providers, or other rights holders.
Our use of such information does not imply that any player, club, competition, league, governing body, or other rights holder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Fantasy Water Polo or Conari Sports Handelsbolag unless expressly stated.
We may correct, update, modify, or remove sports information when necessary.
8. Publicly Visible Information
Some information associated with your use of the App may be visible to other users.
For example, your fantasy team name may appear in leaderboards or leagues.
Please do not include personal information, offensive material, discriminatory language, contact information, or other inappropriate information in your team name.
9. User-Generated Content and Moderation
The primary user-generated content in the App is fantasy team names.
We may review, remove, modify, or otherwise take action regarding team names that violate our Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or our content standards.
Users may report inappropriate team names through the App.
We may retain information necessary to investigate reports, enforce our rules, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the service.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When you delete your account, we delete your authentication account and the personal data associated with your account in our application database as described below.
Certain information may remain temporarily in technical logs, security records, backups, disaster-recovery systems, or similar infrastructure maintained by us or our service providers.
Such information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, technical recovery, or other legitimate purposes.
11. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the App.
When you delete your account, we delete your Supabase authentication account and the personal data associated with your account in our application database, including information such as:
Your account identity
Your email address held in the authentication system
Your profile
Your fantasy team
Your squad selections
Your captain and starter selections
Your transfers
Your gameweek picks
Your transfer deductions
Your league memberships
Reports submitted by you or concerning your account, to the extent associated with your account
If you are the administrator of a league that has other members, the league may remain available to those members. In such circumstances, administration may be transferred to another remaining member.
Shared sporting data and other non-user-owned data are not deleted merely because an individual user deletes their account.
Account deletion is also subject to any information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Google Play requires apps that allow account creation to provide account deletion both within the app and through an external web resource. We intend to provide this through our website as well as through the App.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
13. International Processing
Our service providers may process personal data in countries outside Sweden or the European Economic Area.
Where applicable, we will use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law for international transfers of personal data.
The specific safeguards applicable to a particular service provider may depend on the provider, the services used, and the location of processing.
